Using this website, filling out the newsletter form, or emailing a question does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Lucas Jacobsen, PMHNP-BC, or Lucas Jacobsen, A Psychiatric Nursing Corporation. A clinical relationship begins only once you've scheduled and completed an intake appointment through Luma Health and Wellness or Mission Psychiatric.
